Where is Miss Circle located?

We are located in Jersey City, NJ. All orders are shipped from New Jersey  warehouse. 

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully? 

You will receive an automatic email when your order has been processed. Once the shipping label is created, you will receive another email with the tracking number. 

 

How come I did not receive an order confirmation email?

You may not have entered or provided the correct email. If that may be the case, please reach out to our customer service team. 

How do I change/cancel my order? 

Please send us an email at info@jkisslifejewelry.com with the subject "Change Order #" or "Cancel Order #" before it is fulfilled.

What is your return/exchange policy?

How soon can I expect my refund back? 

Please allow 5-7 business days for the return / exchange process once it is delivered to our return address. 

 

How does return work for INTERNATIONAL orders?

Once you fill out a return form for the items you wish to return (be sure to include the order number, SKU number, and size). Once the form is filled out, please mail the item to our New Jersey office.

What if the jewelry I want is out of my size? When are items restocked? 

Most of the restock usually takes 3-4 weeks. Please join our mailing list for the earliest update. 

Do the items run true to size? 

Yes, our items run true to size. 

How do I know if the size is perfect fit for me?

Do you ship internationally? 

We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Mexico, and Australia. 

How long does international shipping take?

International shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks. It will be delivered by USPS. (No deliveries on the weekends or holidays).
