Shipping Info
How we process orders
All orders are shipped from New Jersey. You can not change your order once it is fulfilled. Some products are made to order and my require 1-2 weeks to process. More details can be found in product descriptions.
- Next Day orders made before 3 pm EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders made after 3 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. This excludes weekends and holidays.
- U.S. standard orders* will be processed within 24 hours except for delays and will be shipped via USPS or UPS 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- International orders** will be processed within 48 Hours and will be delivered by USPS in 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays).
**Military Mail (APO/AP/FPO) will ship via USPS with normal delivery time varying by destination and military activity. Please refer to USPS delivery times for more information.
We will constantly provide you with updates regarding your order via e-mail. Please be sure your email is correct when placing your order. Our shipping department will make your tracking number available according to our daily system updates. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for up to 48 hours after your order leaves our location.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Attention
1) For international orders, please be sure to enter a valid phone number at check out. Without a phone number, USPS international express shipping will not be able to make a delivery.
2) We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses or missing phone numbers from the original order. We are also not responsible if you ignore any pickup notice from the shipping carrier, resulting in the loss of the package. We will not be held liable for misplaced or lost packages by the shipping carrier.
3) Any packages marked as returned-to-sender will be refunded as store credit so you can make a purchase again with the correct address.
4) Packages shipped to non-US countries might randomly get charged for duty tax. However, we do not take any responsibility for customs taxes. If you refuse a package due to taxes, no refund.
5) Orders valued at $300+ may be shipped with a signature required to ensure a successful delivery.
