Return Policy
ONLINE ORDERS
JKISSLIFE JEWELRY will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with your original receipt within 14 days of the date of receiving your package.
We can replace your current item with a different size, color, or an entirely different design within 14 days for online orders. Discounts CANNOT be applied toward exchanges of a different item.
We only offer a one-time exchange for U.S. orders. Exchanged orders can only be returned for a refund (or store credit for sale items).
We are not responsible for lost packages. The cost of expedited shipping to you for the original order (if applicable) is not subject to refund. We are not responsible for non-JKISSLIFE JEWELRY merchandise included in any returns.
Sale items
All sale items marked with "sale" signs or strike-through pricing can only be returned for a store credit or exchange.
Defective items
Defects or damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt to customer support at info@jkisslifejewelry.com. If not reported, we will not accept the return, or it may be subjected to additional fees.
Incorrect and Missing items
If you believe you received an incorrect item or are missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.
International orders
Simply fill out our return form with your order number and mail the item(s) to our return address within 14 days from the date of delivery. We do not provide return labels or issue exchanges for international orders.

ONLINE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please include all original boxes, instructions, documents, and wrappings with your return. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your request once your package is received and passes inspection. We need to receive the item before processing your return or exchange request. If eligible, refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
Refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a debit/credit card account, PayPal, store credit, or a combination of the two). You will receive a confirmation via email once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your bank statement (due to different banking institution policies). Price adjustments will not be honored for any marked-down merchandise.
Store credit can be used online and in store. Store or merchandise credits may not be converted to cash at any point, except as required by applicable law.
